Do I need experience to apply?

It depends on the role. Warehouse and customer service roles often suit people with less experience, and we'll train you on our products, systems and processes. Sales and accounts roles usually expect some prior experience in a similar setting. If you're willing to learn, apply anyway.

Are roles full-time, part-time, or casual?

It's a mix. Most warehouse and office roles are full-time permanent. Some sales and casual warehouse positions come up depending on need. Mention your availability in your application.

Do I need a forklift or driver's licence?

For some roles, yes. Delivery drivers need a current car, MR or HR licence depending on the vehicle, and forklift operators need a current LF licence. If you don't have a forklift ticket but want one, mention it in your application; we sometimes support staff to get certified.

Do you offer apprenticeships or internships?

Not formally. We've taken on junior staff in customer service and warehouse roles before, but we don't run a structured apprenticeship program. If you're early in your career and keen, get in touch.

Where you'll work

All roles are based at our warehouse at 215 Jackson Road, Sunnybank Hills QLD 4109, about 17km south of Brisbane CBD, with free parking on site. It is a working warehouse, so expect pallets and forklifts rather than an office floor. Sales reps are based here too, and spend part of the week on the road across south-east Queensland.
