The information will not be added to a mailing list, we will not disclose it without your consent except where Kellys Distributors may be required by law to disclose certain information.

We will only use this information for the purpose for which you provide it. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping & Handling Costs

Shipping and handling costs vary for different products and are calculated based on the size and weight of your order, the number and type of products in your cart, and its delivery destination. Shipping and handling for each order will be displayed during the checkout process, prior to payment and on your order confirmation as well as included in the total price of your order. Changes made by you to the delivery address or delivery time after placing an order may incur additional charges. Shipping and handling costs calculated at checkout are based on delivery to the front door of a ground floor.

Delivery Timeframes

Typically, products listed on our website will be dispatched from our warehouse within 24 to 72 business hours. Deliveries are carried out during the business hours of 7:30am and 4:00pm, Monday to Friday only. Standard delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • Metro Areas & Eastern Seaboard of Australia – Up to 5-7 business days
  • Perth, Western Australia – Up to 7-10 business days

Local next business day delivery is available within southeast Queensland for orders placed by Kelly’s business customers before 1pm (subject to delivery suburb). Otherwise, standard local delivery to Kelly’s business customers is within 2 business days from when we receive your order, subject to delivery suburb or unless otherwise specified or given special instructions.

From time to time, there may be extended delivery timeframes if you are based in a remote area or for events that are beyond our control. We work hard to process all orders as quickly as possible and we will generally contact you via email to let you know when your item has been dispatched by us or if we anticipate delays.

Unfortunately, international shipping is currently unavailable. For any further information about exporting, please contact us via info@kellysdist.com.au.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

All products shall remain the property of Kelly’s Distributors until paid in full. Goods supplied are subject to Kelly’s Distributors Terms of Trade (a copy may be obtained by contacting info@kellysdist.com.au). 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

At Kellys Distributors, we pride ourselves on providing high quality customer service and premium products. Occasionally, products may be damaged in manufacturing, handling or in transit. In the event that products are damaged on delivery, you must notify us of the damaged goods within 24 hours of receiving the stock. No claims or returns of damaged products will be accepted without prior authorisation. To notify us of damaged products, please contact us via orders@kellysdist.com.au

MISSING OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Occasionally, products may be short-delivered or the incorrect product delivered. In the event of products missing or incorrect supply of stock, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the stock. No claims or returns of incorrect or short supply will be accepted without prior authorisation. To notify us of short or incorrect supply of stock, please contact us via info@kellysdist.com.au

out of date products

Occasionally, products may be out of date or short-dated on delivery. In the event of out of date or short-dated supply of stock, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the stock. No claims or returns of out of date or short-dated supply of stock will be accepted without prior authorisation. To notify us of out of date or short-dated stock, please contact us via info@kellysdist.com.au.

CHANGE OF MIND

Returns or refunds for change of mind will not be accepted. No returns or refunds for excess shipping and handling costs will be accepted, as shipping and handling for each order is displayed during the checkout process, prior to payment and on your order confirmation as well as included in the total price of your order.
