Our Kelly’s Distributors office and warehouse are located at 215 Jackson Road, Sunnybank Hills, Queensland 4109, however we sell and deliver to anywhere in Australia.

Signing up for an account cannot be easier! Simply head to kellysdistributors.com.au/register, fill out the form and click “Register”. After submitting the form, your account will be created and you will receive a confirmation email.

Place your order online:

1. Through our website;

2. By using our mobile app if you are a Kelly’s Distributors internal customer;

3. Or by visiting our office and placing an order on the online web store with the possibility of payment only by bank card.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay.

If you are a Kelly’s Distributors internal customer, then you are able to use your Account as a payment method on our online shopping checkout process.  If the Account option is not activated for you, although you are an internal customer, please contact info@kellysdist.com.au and notify us.

We do not offer lay-by, however we do have some Buy Now Pay Later options available through our payment providers PayPal and Afterpay.

Discounts are provided to our customers by selecting our promotions. These promotions can be found at kellysdistributors.com.au/specials.

Promotions will be available to our App customers in the near future.

All displayed prices are inclusive of GST on our website. Items that have a State Levy will be displayed separately under the item’s price and is also inclusive of GST.

The public can also order from our website, simply select the items you wish to purchase and enter your details via the Checkout page to finalise your order.

Shipping

Kelly’s Distributors ships to any location in Australia, and your order will usually be dispatched within 2 days of placement.
Your order will be shipped from our warehouse at 215 Jackson Road, Sunnybank Hills, Queensland 4109.
No, currently Kelly’s Distributors only delivers to locations in Australia.
Shipping costs are dependent on your location and the products on your order. You will be able to see the shipping cost on the Checkout page before you confirm your order.
Your order will usually be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 days of placement. Most orders should be delivered within 5-7 business days, depending on the area you’re in. There may be exceptions if you are based in an area that we only service weekly/fortnightly, or for events that are beyond our control.

Typically, products listed on our website will be dispatched from our warehouse within 24 to 72 business hours. Deliveries and local pick up are carried out between 7:30 am and 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday only. Standard delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • Metro Areas & Eastern Seaboard of Australia – Up to 5-7 business days;
  • Perth, Western Australia – Up to 7-10 business days;

The order can be picked up locally on the same day as long as the order is placed before 1 pm. Or pick the order up on the next business day. The Warehouse address is 215 Jackson Road, Sunnybank Hills 4109.

HOW to find a local pick-up spot?

When you drive through the arch of the area of the given address, keep going straight and turn right at the first possible turn for this. To your right will be the Warehouse and the point of delivery of orders.

Standard local delivery to Kelly’s business customers is within two business days from when we receive your order, subject to delivery suburb or unless otherwise specified or given special instructions.

Unfortunately, international shipping is currently unavailable. For any further information about exporting, please contact us via info@kellysdist.com.au.

Returns

For information about returning/exchanging products in your order, please refer to our Returns, Refunds & Replacements page

If your order has not yet been dispatched, simply send us an email at info@kellysdist.com.au or give us a call on (07) 3345 2688.

Please get in touch as soon as possible as we will not be able to change your order once it has been dispatched.

At Kelly’s Distributors, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality customer service and premium products. Occasionally, products may be damaged in manufacturing, handling, or in transit. In the event that products are damaged on delivery, you must notify us of the damaged goods within 24 hours of receiving the stock. No claims or returns of damaged products will be accepted without prior authorisation. To notify us of damaged products, please contact us via orders@kellysdist.com.au.
Occasionally, products may be out of date or short-dated on delivery. In the event of out-of-date or short-dated supply of stock, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the stock. No claims or returns of out-of-date or short-dated supply of stock will be accepted without prior authorisation. To notify us of out-of-date or short-dated stock, please contact us via info@kellysdist.com.au.

Mobile App

At this stage, our mobile app is only available to Kelly’s Distributors internal customers. If you are a Kelly’s Distributors internal customer, you can call the office or speak to your sales representative for assistance. Once your account is activated you can download the app via the links below to get started. You will need to register using the same details you provided the office or your sales representative and you can then enjoy ordering from the app. Online private customers cannot currently use the app, but we are working to give access to all of our customers in the near future. DISCOUNTS. SPECIALS.

At this stage, we have Monthly Specials that you can find on the Monthly Specials page. Also, we can have a discount and special prices that are running on the website. 

You can get specific limited edition promo codes for your orders by following the rules that you can find on the promo banners or advertising creatives.

Kelly’s customers can use just one promo code for one order.

Your Account

To register an account head to kellysdistributors.com.au/register, fill out the form and click “Register”. After submitting the form, your account will be created and you will receive a confirmation email.

To reset your password head to kellysdistributors.com.au/forgot-password, fill out the form and click “Reset Password”. After submitting the form, check your email for instructions to reset your password.

You can easily change all of the information on your account. Head to kellysdistributors.com.au/my-account/edit-account, change any details and click “Save”.

You can easily change addresses on your account. Head to kellysdistributors.com.au/my-account/edit-address, select “Edit” on the address you would like to change, change the address and click “Save”.
